I believe his daddy would get upset if his son openly declared he wanted to wear girls clothes, but if his mummy, who liked the idea, told her husband that it was as a punishment she put him in a dress and panties, then he could accept it. So as long as Scotty, in front of his daddy, can pretend he is feeling ashamed, he can experience his hidden girlish desires and make himself and his mother happy.
